Project Planning,Execution,telecom project management,implementation.
Other responsibilities include Optical fiber overall management, client coordination ,Vendor selection, Technical oversight and services
Prepare & establish project objectives, analyses the project proposal and collaborates with the management
Prepare project plan; determines time frame, approves the project schedule
Responsible for the End to End process from Acquisition to Deployment & Site Handover.
Planning execution of sites based on Customer requirement and ensures to complete within timelines given by Customer.
Track monthly projections to meet deployment targets.
Ensure complete Quality Assurance of all deployed sites
Negotiation with Vendor for OFC works.
Regularly interact with vendors, their supervisors and field teams to ensure all quality and regulatory guidelines are followed by them
Liaison with owners, neighbors to sort out issues, problems, thefts or any other contractual, any issues being faced
Coordination with local bodies for necessary approvals.
Project planning and continuous coordinating with circle heads and Zonal head to fulfil the project requirement.
Advising the field staff and sub-contractors on course of action.
