Job Description

Should have 1-2 years of troubleshooting experience in MacBook Support and proficient knowledge in Mac Operating Systems Minimum of 3-5 Years of Experience supporting Apple MAC OS and IOS Platform Support Mac OS X 10.9/10.10 and IOS . Minimum of 2 years ability to troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, and hardware, (Required) , using command-line tools / MacOS and server platforms (Required), exceptional customer service skills along with the ability to interact with internal and external customers /in technical support and/or systems administration (Required) Experience in Installation and uninstallation of various applications on Mac machines through JSS admin console. Automatic via Script. Have good experience in Deployed macOS Security patches and Mac OS Applications. Should have Knowledge about Apple business management, Integrated DEP enrollment with JAMF Pro. Should have experience JAMF Connect SSO Okta. Managed Apple Business Manager for deployment and. application license procurement. Troubleshooting macOS, MDM issues and Solving level 2/3 incidents and problems. According to Project dependency Created new policies, Smart groups, Extension attributes and restricted the software. Should have good experience in packages through Casper composer. Develop, maintain, and deploy corporate MAC OS images and software packages to Mac laptop and desktop clients. Administrating JAMF and creating packages for applications to deploy on systems across the globe. An in-depth understanding of the MAC OS Imaging process using JAMF. The position provides direct assistance to end users as an escalation point for complex issues and works with Partners and customers. The position also actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technical information and documentation related to core Jamf products and supporting technologies. Good in handling and managing all Apple devices. Whether it's a Mac, iPad, or iPhone, you have the ability to control and administer . The position helps onboard new employees, and helps mentor, advise, and train employees on both technical and soft skills. *Be Flexible and ready to extend work and in rotating Shifts * Jamf 10 & Jamf 200 Certification is an advantage Bachelor's Degree
