Job Summary: The Oracle EBS and Oracle PaaS Technical Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical support and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications and Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. This role involves managing a team of technical support professionals, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the effective operation of Oracle applications and PaaS services. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle EBS and PaaS technical support specialists. Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training as needed. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Oracle E-Business Suite Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS applications. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Oracle EBS systems. Implement patches, updates, and enhancements to EBS applications. Oracle PaaS. Support: Manage and support Oracle PaaS offerings, including databases, middleware, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of Oracle PaaS services. Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) teams for effective integration and optimization. Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary to higher-level support or Oracle support services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems promptly. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies for both Oracle EBS and PaaS services. Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system performance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of support activities, technical solutions, and system changes. Generate reports on system health, support ticket status, and performance metrics. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to safeguard Oracle EBS and PaaS environments. Vendor and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Oracle vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to communicate technical issues, service requests, and updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience required. Oracle EBS and Oracle PaaS certification(s) preferred. Proven experience in Oracle EBS support and administration. Strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle PaaS services. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, Oracle PaaS offerings, and cloud services. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and PaaS services(OIC,APEX,ATP DB). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
