Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Application Support Engineer L1 Support based in Mumbai. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our clients" applications. You will handle end-user incidents, monitor application performance, and collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements. Additionally, you will document and report issues, assist in knowledge base creation, and participate in on-call rotations. Qualifications Proven experience in application support or a related field Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must Have Experience in Application Support into Logistics Domain. Experience with desktop and server operating systems. Knowledge of databases and SQL Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus. Must have experience or Knowledge into WMS(warehouse management System) / TMS (Transport Management System
