Our focus is on helping organizations optimize their operations with technology solutions. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Data Scientist at Bancapp Automation located in Gurugram. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, applying statistical techniques, and creating data visualizations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with large datasets, developing models, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. This role requires working on-site in Gurugram along with travel at client site. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable ETL. (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to process large volumes of data from various sources. Conduct complex data analysis, including predictive modelling, trend analysis, and other advanced statistical techniques to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, ensuring the accuracy and availability of information for business operations, strategy, and innovation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights and visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics. Optimize data flows and collection to improve data quality and efficiency across the organization. Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, including data governance and data quality standards. Qualifications Data Science, Statistics, and Data Analytics skills Data Visualization and Data Analysis skills Experience with Python, R, SQL, and other data analysis tools Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to handle and analyze large datasets Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or any other related field
