Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst & Instructor. Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Cyber Security Analyst with a distinguished track record of technical global certifications including penetration testing (eg. OSCP, CEH), forensics (eg. CHFI), SOC analysis, and instructional expertise (eg. CEI). This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both our cybersecurity team's operational excellence and our training initiatives. You will actively engage in cyber threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability assessment, while also playing a pivotal role in imparting knowledge and mentoring aspiring cybersecurity professionals. Key Responsibilities: Cyber Security Analysis: Conduct advanced threat analysis, leveraging your expertise in penetration testing, forensics, and SOC analysis, to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and provide mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect. investigate, and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact. Student Training and Mentoring: Deliver high-quality cybersecurity training sessions to students, providing comprehensive insights into penetration testing, forensics, SOC analysis, and other relevant topics. Serve as a mentor, guiding students through practical labs, projects, and assessments, fostering their growth and skill development. Service and Solution Enhancement: Play an instrumental role in developing and enhancing cybersecurity services and solutions, integrating your practical experience and insights. Contribute to the design and implementation of effective cybersecurity strategies to meet client needs and industry standards. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with fellow cybersecurity professionals to share insights, trends, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the creation of educational resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years of experience. Globally recognized certifications from EC-Council (CEH, CHFI, ECSA, CEI) and other relevant certifications (eg. OSCP, CompTIA Security+) are required. Proficiency in using cyber security tools such as Metasploit, Wireshark, Splunk, etc., and hands-on experience with various operating systems and network protocols. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for mentorship and education, with the ability to inspire and guide aspiring cybersecurity professionals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving threat landscapes.
