Job Description

Looking for Travel Consultant for our travel vertical- myflightsearch.com. Job Description-

Handling Customer service & reservation related calls from US Customers
Answer queries related to Flight schedule,bookings, cancellations , exchanges .
Up-Sell travel ancillary Services Baggage, seat, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance , holiday Packages etc)
Meeting monthly performance metrics

Skills Required-

Excellent communication & interpesonal skills.
Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7).
1 year + experience in international Travel Process(US, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc)
Should be a team player
Should be able to chase target
