Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in the IT industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked in startup environments. As a HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies and talent acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance the overall workplace experience. Design and execute initiatives that promote a positive work culture, teamwork, and employee satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns proactively. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to. understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Build a strong employer brand and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Strategic HR Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and recognition. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator in employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a fair and respectful workplace. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience in the IT industry, with a focus on start-ups. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and strategies. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective employee engagement programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
