Job Description

Responsibilities

Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.

Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Understanding on IS Utilities Business & Technical Master Data Setup

Understanding of Meter to Cash Flow & Transactions

Understanding of CRM-ISU Replication process

Experience in Print Workbench area

Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process & Market Communication

Expertise in IDex Setup, Partner Profile setup, COMEV/COMPR process

Able to Identify Enhancement points & BADI's in Standard SAP Transactions

Able to Analyze Batch Job Failure's & Creation of Custom Mass Activities

Expertise in Performance Optimization of Batch jobs & Custom Code

Good understanding of Release Management/ Deployment Activities

Preferred Skills:

Technology->SAP Industry Solution->SAP Utilities

Additional Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects

Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions

Experience with CRM ISU Integration

Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects
