Job Description
Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners
1. Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business
2.Induction / training of each acquired Agent on product and processes
3.Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent
4.Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of business
5.Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship
6.Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
7.Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
8.Focus on Conversion of Renewals as per organization objectives
9.Ensure LOP vise budget completion and non motor / motor ratio business is maintained as per the guidelines of the organization
10.Keep continuous track on make model LOB vise LR within the stipulated guidelines of the organization
11.Balance Agency channel's portfolio within various classes and ensure profitability
12. Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels
13. Regularly monitor and control cover notes
14. Ensure constant updating of agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
