Job Description

Should have Service Now Knowledge Change Approvals, Efforts Estimation, Understanding of Design/Flow and Approvals for PROD Deployment Worked on SAP BW on HANA/BW 7.5, BI/BW 7.3,7.0,3.x modelling & reporting Rich experience in classic & advanced data modelling, ETL, and BEX/BW query design. Worked on various SAP application components/reporting areas/data models like SD, MM, etc. Should know BW related ABAP General operational and daily IT service management tasks, vendor management (point of contact for business, CABs, ITIL service management of incidents, CRs development cycle, Requests, escalations, service reviews, Application services maintenance, etc.) Ensure services are available and run efficiently and effectively within service area Monitor, review and report on service performance within service area Monitor & ensure compliance to SLA & OLA KPI metrics within service area Actively seek further efficiencies both in technical operations and ways of working. suggest improvement activities within the service area, and drive harmonization Ensure technical documentation and knowledge documents are available for solutions in the service area and for stakeholder use Participate in Data Program PI and Sprint planning and Scrum activities Ensure business satisfaction, improve end-user experience Maintain strong relationships with key technical dependency partners including but not limited to: IT Platform, Digital Platform, Digital Operations, etc. Helping to onboard new employees in company procedures SAP BW HANA
