Role- L2 PAM (Privileged access management) Support Engineer Location - Pune, Bangalore , Hyderabad Experience - 4 -6yrs Responsibility - Monitoring of the environment, Monitoring & reviewing SLAs Handle Incident and service request ticket. Patch management of Centrify Agent monitoring for PAM agent deployed at target servers Password disclosure/type-in. Perform analysis on the incidents escalated from L1 team Troubleshooting and resolving any incident or service request.
