Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Engineer to facilitate sales enablement and some aspects of project execution to ensure BOQs, MOQs, sales documentation, and billing is done in a correct and timely manner. The person would be an effective process manager, good communicator and strong in taking ownership and ensuring all sales and billing functions are efficiently carried out. Preparing sales documentation BOQ preparation MOQ preparation Preparing all materials required for sales pitches and quotes Billing Management - Progress & Final Collect Data on project progress to milestones and submit to Accounts for bill preparation Visit sites and coordinate with the billing team to close projects Closure and Collections Communication Obtaining the final completion certificate from Client Follow through communications for collections by Sales Department Skills Required: Knowledge of email, spreadsheets (excel/google-Sheets), word processing (word/google-Docs) Client. Facing Communication for billing Familiar with the billing process Knowledge of the Indian Infrastructure Projects with emphasis on Sports Infrastructure (good to have) Additional Information: Mobile phone (with a functioning phone number) and laptop will be provided by the organisation for company use Experience: 1-2 years of experience in infrastructure project execution/especially sports infrastructure Location: Bengaluru Who are we We are Michezo Sports, a turnkey sports infrastructure company.
