Job Description

Location - New Delhi/ Kolkata Job Role - RSM (Regional Sales Manager) - 2 Roles Reporting to: Commercial Leader 1st Role - RSM - North Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve targets and drive business growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners to ensure effective channel management. - Implement strategies to enhance B2C sales and optimize partner ROI. - Effectively manage the on-roll team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. - Oversee operations across multiple states in the North Region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Drive sales through engagement with Architects and Interior Designers, leveraging their networks and expertise. - Demonstrate strong executive presence, soft skills, and stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration and achieve results. Pre-Selection Criteria (Must-have skills): - Strong. dealer management experience - B2C Sales Experience - Good understanding of partner ROI - Strong on-roll Team Management Experience - Exposure of managing 2 or more large states in North Region - Experience of driving sales through Architects and Interior Designers - Strong executive presence, soft skills, people management, and stakeholder management skill Base Location - Gurgaon 2nd Role - RSM - East What will I do The Key Areas of Responsibilities are as under: This role is responsible for leading, directing and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives. Responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share. Delivers on operational targets as defined by Commercial Leader. Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement BMC key initiatives if relevant for the area. Manages customers offer performance and delivers on AOP targets. Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area. Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction. Implement a winning distribution strategy for assigned area. Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability. Pre-Selection Criteria (Must-have skills): - Strong distribution experience B2C Sales Experience Good understanding of partner ROI Strong on roll Team Management Experience, people management experience Exposure of managing 1 or more large states in East Region, pref. West Bengal Experience of driving sales through Electricians Experience of material planning / cross-functional stakeholder management experience Base location - Kolkata
