Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional Indian dishes under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Learn and apply proper techniques for handling spices, herbs, and other Indian ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as directed by the Chef.
