Qualifications and Skills More than 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Ethnic / Indian Wear Knowledge of garment costing, OTIF, apparel sourcing, product margins, and seasonal process calendar Experience in the buying process and vendor management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional. teams Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product portfolios in the retail industry Roles and Responsibilities Define and implement product strategies for the Ethnic / Indian Wear category Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including assortment planning and pricing strategies Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to drive product innovation and differentiation Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and challenges Monitor and optimize product performance, sales, and margins to achieve business targets
