Role Description TalentServe is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our EdTech Startup team. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for managing the software engineering team and overseeing the development of software products. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with a flexible schedule that allows for some remote work. The Director of Engineering will report to the CEO and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and with a high degree of quality. This is an equity-only role. - Looking for a mature and energetic person. - Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new or entrepreneurial and can invest time into it. - Any experience in the early-stage startup side will be a big plus. - The current co-founders are mature business professionals with quality education, work experience in India and abroad, and entrepreneurial exposure. - They can grow the venture, open. doors, and bring in investors. They are looking to add an experienced CTO as a core founding team. Qualifications Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in software engineering or development. Should have hands-on in coding and product development prior is a plus Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
