Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and Optimise E-commerce Operational Processes: Develop and implement efficient operational processes for order fulfilment and shipment in the e-commerce domain. Continuously optimise processes to enhance efficiency. accuracy, and speed in order processing. Build team and Manage Day-to-Day E-commerce Operations: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, as well as provide post-order support. Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in all aspects of e-commerce operations. Order Visibility: Establish systems to provide complete visibility into the status of all orders. Implement tools or processes to track and monitor order status throughout the fulfilment process. Collaborate with Logistics and Brands: Work closely with logistics partners and collaborate with brands to enhance inventory management. Minimise stock-outs and overstock situations through effective communication and planning. Quality Control Measures: Oversee and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in product handling and shipping. Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and pristine product delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer service, category, and operations teams to address inquiries promptly. Enhance the overall e-commerce customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution. Data Analytics: Utilise data analytics to analyse e-commerce operational performance. Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Resource Allocation and Scalability: Manage resource allocation for peak seasons and promotions. Ensure scalability and flexibility in workforce planning to meet varying demands. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience: Proven experience in operations management within the e-commerce sector. Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Ability to interpret and leverage data to derive actionable insights. Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work hard and make a significant impact in a dynamic e-commerce environment
