Job Title: Test Team Lead-Bank Location: Navi Mumbai EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS Should have passed B.E./B. TECH in any stream OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT) OR from any recognized College/University duly approved by AICTE. Should have passed ITSQB Foundation Level / CSQA or its equivalent. Function: Testing Department: IT Direct Reports: Testing Team (Currently 7 People in future 10+) RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE Total Experience 10-12 Years ( 3+ Years of Experience as a Test Lead) JOB SUMMARY Managing and Taking Care of Testing Vertical and Automation testing of IT Software Systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Effort estimation for testing projects Prepare a Test Plan that outlines the scope, and objectives for the project. Understand the application under test, allocation of work, and responsibility among test engineers. Prepare test strategy document and get sign-off. Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the teams productivity and performance. Project Coordination/Monitor Test Execution. Review Business Scenarios and High-level test conditions. Prepare a Defect Analysis Report. Prepare Status reports and MIS reports. Prepare Test Closure Report. Update daily activities In the Daily Status Report. Ensuring that the correct status of the testing for the day is communicated. Responsible for project closure activities. Ensure that the test environment is set up and maintained to support testing activities Ensure that the testing process aligns with quality assurance standards and best practices. Sound knowledge of Banking Domain and Technology Hands-on experience in automated testing and stress testing setup and running. Experience in test automation scripting Experience in testing management tools Experience in Agile Methodology process
