Minimum Required Experience : 3 years Full Time Skills Machine Learning AI Node.js React.js Description SurveySparrow is looking for a skilled Lead Product Developer who is passionate about data engineering, machine learning, and building high-quality software products. If you are an experienced coder with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases, and a deep knowledge of data engineering and machine learning, we would like to hear from you.You will be responsible for: Implementing data engineering and machine learning requirements on time and with extreme quality Understanding the requirements accurately and implementing them without any compromise, making it work first and eventually making it better Continually learning advancements in data engineering, machine learning, and related technologies and staying updated with recent trends Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ensure on-time deliveries, interacting with the. team, and ensuring that the work will bring value to both customers and the organization Owning the outcomes and being accountable for the work done, being ready to iterate and pivot at any point in time Being part of a positive work environment, open to interacting with peers and managers to improve the quality of work, learning from the reviews and inputs from the peers, and giving back whatever you learned to the team Producing a proof of concept in a period to demonstrate a minimal viable product/feature and unit testing the changes before handing them over to QA Understanding the nuances of the tech stack from front-end development to infra management, with a strong emphasis on data engineering and machine learning Required Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in any programming language, with a focus on data engineering and machine learning. Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment is a must Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome complex challenges Expertise in data structures and algorithms, with the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability Good knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases, with a focus on data warehousing, data integration, and ETL pipelines Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and a solid understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Nice to have: Strong understanding of Python and Node.js Experience with open-source projects and contributions Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI If you have a passion for data engineering and machine learning and are excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of talented professionals, then we encourage you to apply for this role.
