: This role is tailored for someone who not only excels in Flutter and Dart but also possesses a strong track record in migrating systems to bigger scalable architectures. You will be a key player in evolving our technical strategy, ensuring our platform can efficiently grow and adapt to our expanding user base. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership in Scalability & Migration: Lead the migration of our current systems to more scalable architectures, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime. Develop a detailed, structured process for migration, including risk. assessment, testing, and implementation phases. Collaborate with stakeholders to align the migration strategy with business goals and user needs. Advanced Mobile App Development: Continue maintenance of the Creator Club mobile app using Flutter and Firebase, with an emphasis on features that support scalability. Ensure the app's performance and reliability are maintained and enhanced through the migration process. Backend Development & Scalability: Evaluate and implement scalable backend solutions that can replace or augment our current Firebase setup. Design and manage robust, scalable server-side components to support a growing number of app users and data. Quality Assurance & Performance Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for migration and scalability enhancements. Proactively identify and resolve scalability bottlenecks in both the app and backend systems. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in app scalability and migration. Regularly review and optimize the codebase and system architecture for improved performance and scalability. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with strong skills in Flutter + Firebase. Proven expertise in migrating mobile applications to scalable architectures. Solid experience in backend development with a focus on scalable solutions. Familiarity with a broad range of APIs and third-party services, and their integration in scalable systems. Knowledge of advanced no-code tools and their application in scalable environments. Proficient in agile methodologies and advanced version control systems. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Compensation: 40,000 - 70,000 Monthly (Based on experience and expertise) Important Notes: This role is designed for candidates who are within the specified salary range and are enthusiastic about the unique challenges of a scaling startup.
