Job Description
Dear Candidate, Greetings from Episource! We have openings for Lead Operations. The JD is :
Reviewing and scrubbing the data files received from clients.
Ability to work with large delimited files (FLAT, CSV, TSV, XLS, etc.)
Ability to clean and normalize data files for loading preparation.
Ability to clean and normalize data files for loading preparation.
Responsible for maintaining data loading schedule for various clients.
Liaison with Operations, Account Management, and Engineering regarding timelines and issues
that occur with data.
Generating data loading and quality reports.
Manage and archive client data.
Applying logics to sanitise the data and ensure only clean data is maintained.

Uploading/downloading from SFTP.
Ability to create and work with excel macros preferred.
Ability to work with SQL (backend loading, querying, etc.) is an added advantage. Education and / or Work Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer science related streams (BCA / BSc Comp. Sci, MCA,
MSc. Comp Sci, etc.)
3 + years of experience in working with Data
Excellent in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Should be proficient to create excel macros and
analytics reporting.
Strong technical and Analytical skills
Ability to create and work with excel macros preferred.
Ability to work with SQL (backend loading, querying, etc.) is an added advantage. Education and / or Work Experience:
