Level Sr.Manager/AVP Responsibilities Research and identifying growth opportunities for banks consumer leading B2B, B2C digital products. Developing and optimizing user journeys to increase customer engagement, experience and generate leads. Strategize and drive sales through alternate channels. Developing && executing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, drive product fulfillment and activation. Drive marketing and growth initiatives to attract prospects and conversions. Work closely with various teams for planning, executing and drive initiatives. Identify industry trends, conduct competitive analyses and market research. Designing UI/UX with product teams and experimenting with partners, social media, internal properties and. measure business impact. Requirements The person should be passionate, curious and innovative approach with problem solving attitude to thrive in startup environment and expert in executing strategies for business growth. Post graduate degree in marketing, strategy, business management or similar education streams. Skilled in using data, analytics and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies. Skilled at web optimization, sales generation && conversion. Knowledge of various growth hacking tools, campaign monitoring tools, digital marketing tools. Minimum 3-4 Years Experience In Growth Hacking Role. Experience in BFSI experience is good to have, but not a mandatory requirement
