World Wide Technology India PVT. Ltd (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Recruiter, to support contract hiring positions for India location. Applicants without prior Contract Hiring experience need not apply as this is NOT for Lateral Hiring Role: Recruiter (To purely support contract hiring positions for India) Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore or Pune Summary The recruiter will act as a team player within the Global Resource Management team. Responsible for managing the contract positions hiring full recruitment life cycle for clients based out of India & other regions. Build and maintain relationships with resource managers, working closely with them to expand and sustain India's regional business. Follow the set process and best practices. Experience A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hiring for various contract roles across India or APAC (will be a plus) A minimum 4 years of experience supporting contract hiring in Direct client staffing in India A. minimum 2 years experience supporting VMS client staffing for India Helps support the companys overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals. Responsible for learning and executing WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives Coordinates with resource managers to fulfill business needs. Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within the companys applicant tracking tool - Bullhorn. Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process Coordinates and conducts prescreening and technical interviews with resource managers. Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings Meets management/ leadership objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year Requires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team. Flexible to stretch and work as needed Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing A passion for learning, leadership and continued education Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
