Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive and Area Sales Manager at Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, coordinating sales activities, and driving sales growth in the assigned area. Both roles may require some remote work. Qualifications Proven track record in sales and achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and. influencing abilities Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Good understanding of the loan industry and financial products Ability to lead and motivate a team Good organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
