Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall organizational goals. Requirements: Graduates with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Team Leader in a customer service voice process. Overall work experience of 5+ years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and result-oriented. Familiarity with team dynamics and performance metrics.
