Company: IT Services Organization Key Skills: Tendering, Electrical & Electronics Hardware Design, GIS, AIS Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the bidding team in preparing techno-commercial offers for Substation Solutions in the Exports Market. Plan and forecast tenders in the Exports market. Prepare presentations for management approval prior to bid submission. Determine target pricing for Substation Tenders. Engage with various customers (Central, State, Industry, and EPCs) to discuss technical requirements and offerings. Promote company Solutions and Services. Coordinate with procurement for negotiation with internal or external partners. Map potential and collaborate with Sales to enhance market presence in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) market. Demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship development skills. Coordinate technical aspects during pre-sales phases, including spec-in activities, solution demonstrations, and approvals. Ensure. seamless transition of projects from Bid to Project Management function by coordinating with the project management team. Maintain an in-depth awareness of competitors" product and solution portfolios. Skills Required: 15-20 years of experience in Tender Management. Preferable knowledge of both AIS and GIS Substation solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset. Team player attitude. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment. Fluent verbal and written skills in English. Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills. Availability for national and international business travel. Self-motivated, quick, and assertive individual. Ability to deliver under pressure, adapt to change, and handle complexity in a dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
