Role: As the Machine Learning Lead, you will lead a small, agile team of engineers dedicated to developing state-of-the-art generative AI applications. Your expertise in diffusion models and image processing will be instrumental in driving our projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for generative AI, with a focus on diffusion models and advanced image processing techniques. Implement Algorithms from research papers Lead and mentor a team of computer vision engineers. fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and designers, to define project specifications and deliverables. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, computer vision, and machine learning, and incorporate these innovations into our projects. Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of computer vision solutions, while maintaining high standards of code quality and system security. Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI research and development efforts, shaping the future of our technology stack and product offerings. Qualifications: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, or AI. Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer vision, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion. Deep understanding of diffusion models, image processing, and generative AI technologies such as Stable Diffusion. Ability to translate research papers into usable code Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, with excellent communication and project management skills.
