Destination Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about various destinations, including tourist attractions, accommodations, local customs, and travel regulations. Itinerary Planning: Help clients plan their travel itineraries based on their preferences, budget, and time constraints. Offer recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and activities. Booking Management: Handle all aspects of booking, including researching options, confirming reservations, issuing tickets, and managing. changes or cancellations. Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance. Provide guidance on visa requirements and application procedures. Customer Education: Educate clients about travel safety, health precautions, and cultural etiquette for their chosen destinations. Problem Resolution: Assist clients in resolving any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after their trip, such as flight delays, lost luggage, or hotel discrepancies.
