Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at AAVAS Financiers Ltd in Jaipur. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, and assisting in resolving any issues. You will also need to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills Customer Support and Problem-Solving Skills Computer Literacy and Proficiency in MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to. detail and strong organizational skills Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred Knowledge of housing finance or banking industry is a plus Freshers can also apply
