Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business unitsTransformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering. and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Responsibilities: Act as implementation responsible for software developments. Design software solutions suiting business needs with appropriate technology. Take responsibility for the Development & Maintenance execution from end to end consideration of software team development process and follow IT Risk assessment as per IS Policy. Maintain budget & time schedule. Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features. Analyse written specifications and user needs to determine technical implementation. Conduct design and code reviews and collaborate to ensure the code passes review. Expertise in Migrating window-based application to web-based application. Lead the development of specific tools/applications. Search and implementation of the latest technologies that can be used by Hitachi Energy. Constantly improving the way work is done. Involve former team-members as key users in frequent and stepwise usability and function validation. Act as mediator to software designers/programmers and key-users. Qualification: Have Software Engineering with a minimum work experience of 15+ years for bachelors degree or 12+ years for Masters degree, PhD also welcome Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion. Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Knowledge in Strength of AI/MI Strong Knowledge in Machine learning. Knowledge and work experience of Python, TensorFlow & Matab Knowledge & Experience in MS Office: Word, Excel Good to have: Experience in Data Science & Machine learning. Experience in Developing AI/ML strategic Plans & Implementation. Experience in Analysis of Electrical Components
