About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Project Manager Digital Transformation to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects related to building management subsystems. These subsystems include energy management, water management, parking systems, access control systems and so on. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions, and ensuring project delivery within quality, time, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: IoT and Automation Integration: Leverage your expertise in IoT to integrate smart sensors, devices, and data streams into building management systems. Implement automation solutions to optimize energy usage, water conservation, parking efficiency, and BMS operations. Collaborate with development teams to create seamless interfaces between digital systems and physical. infrastructure. End-to-End Project Management: Scope project requirements and prepare budget. Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress. Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects. Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met. Documentation and Reporting: Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications. Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ensure all team members are aligned with delegated tasks. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and proactively resolve issues. Opportunity Identification: Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects. Requirements and Skills: BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation. 5 years work experience in a Digital Transformation project preferably in real estate or construction domain with at least 2 years in a project management role. Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project) Experience in agile project delivery is an advantage. Functional experience: Real Estate, Building Management, Construction, Hospitality. Technology experience: solution architecture, infrastructure, performance optimization, systems integration, web applications on cloud, mobile applications, application programming interfaces, Control Systems. Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites for this role. Strong communication and team management skills
