Position Summary Qualifications Hurons Digital PMO team is seeking a Director with strong experience in PMO Management, Program and Project Management. The PMO Director will have experience with Complex Digital Transformations and proven PMO leadership. The candidate should be a subject matter expert in establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. The Digital PMO Director will lead program delivery including managing work plans, budget, scope, resources and schedule. Candidate will ultimately be responsible for leading and providing guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of project managers, and project coordinators to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement within the project management framework.
