We are hiring for an Analyst Executive. An Analyst is a key member of the deal execution team of our client company. This is a role that gives an opportunity to work on variety of deals from structured finance, project finance, M&A, Equity fund raise to capital markets deals across sectors and on complete deal life cycle of live deals both Indian and international. This will help in developing strong financial modeling skills and gaining experience in IB deal life cycle. Position : Fulltime Location : Chennai Salary : 3 LPA Job Details: Job Title: Analyst Executive Location: Chennai Experience: 3 - 5 Years Salary: 3,00,000/- PA Vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-time Qualification: B.com Hons or Economic Honours or Maths honours Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round Key Responsibilities/Skills: Be part of Transaction Execution team Prepare teasers, pitch books for proposals Support in preparing financial. models, financial analysis Assist in preparation of marketing materials, presentations etc. for client pitching / BD Maintain internal data bases Regular market research on the target segments Support Execution Team in Proposal Preparation / IM/ Project Appraisal/ Due Diligence Skill Requirements: 3-5 years of overall experience.
