CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AGILE CERTIFICATION IN SAFE OR SCRUM AT SCALE.
We are seeking an experienced coach to facilitate our transition to a full embrace of agile methodology and at scale. As an Agile Coach, your role will be pivotal in guiding our teams toward better products and more efficient delivery.
Coaching & mentoring the teams on agile practices (SAFE, Scrum, Scrum at Scale, Kanban, CI, TDD, BDD etc.)
Develop and deliver agile training sessions targeted for areas of improvement.
Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders.
Facilitate team organization and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, stand-ups, sprint iteration reviews, demos, retrospectives.
Coach team members on the Agile values and principles such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and transparency.
Partner with IT PMO to identify and remove any impediments, distractions that interfere with the teams ability to deliver against their commitments.
Facilitate the creation and adoption of working agreements and definitions of done, including use of appropriate tools, standards and best practices.
Ensure the team is tracking and communicating team progress and metrics (burn-down, burn-up, velocity, etc.).
Provide reports and metrics as needed about team performance and productivity.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master. Agile Certification(s) (CSM, PSM, SAFe, Scrum at Scale) is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build professional networks with diverse groups of individuals and to work effectively within geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong communication and classroom training ability.
Working experience in JIRA, Confluence & MS office suite.
Desired skills
Certifications in Agile
Public speaking and or training certification
Adult learning and training design
Jira experience
* SQL or JQL reporting
