Job Description Nature of Business: Oil Manufacturing Designation: Sales Manager (Male Only) Interview Location : Rajarhat NewTown No. of Openings: Kolkata 4 Howrah 2 North & South 24 Pgs.- 4 Nadia- 2 Murshidabad 2 Shiliguri & North Bengal- 2 Medinipur 2 Qualification: 12th standard pass or any Degree from a recognised university (as desirable) Experience : Min 2 years of experience in FMCG or Edible oil industry (as desirable) Salary : 15K TO 20K pm (Negotiable for the right candidate) alongwith Travel Allowance, Daily Allowance. Skills: Personal selling, sales planning, prospecting, customer service, objection handling, sales forecasting, client relationships. Communication, persuasion, presentation, negotiation and relationship building. Comfortable with numbers and oral calculations. Proficient with local language and culture. Expert in use of. computers, spreadsheet application, sales force automation software and smart phones for productivity. Responsibilities: Business Associate- Mapping the assigned area and appoint distributors alongwith setting terms & conditions as per company norms. Sales- Manage primary & secondary sales as projection vs. achievement maintaining minimum inventory keeping ratio and sku wise forcast. Development- as creating new outlets, promote more SKUs in existing outlets, improve relationship with distributors, retailers and wholesalers. Stock- Define maximum stock level with distributor, take physical stock, arrange them right, maintain only adequate stock levels with retailers, wholesalers and distributors without dumping. Branding- In shop activities, talking to consumers propose for signboards, hoardings in right position and required social media.
