Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible to drive effective event management operations and supporting other marketing activities.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing events, from initial planning to execution, including coordinating with vendors to secure venues, planning logistics and leading on onsite activities
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, including brochures, standees, brand reminders, and marketing inputs, by coordinating with the warehouse team and the marketing department.

Charged with creating experiences and bringing visions to life, an event planner is adept at juggling many tasks. Scouting locations, soliciting bids, managing vendor relationships and client communications, creating and negotiating contracts, and managing budgets are all event planner responsibilities.
