Job Description

Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

  • Grow business and build relations across services via up-sell and cross-sell, along with managing relationships with existing key clients.
  • Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships by engaging with existing customers, identify their needs and pitch how our products & services meet their expectations.
  • Proactively identify the right opportunities for existing key customers and guide them through the pitched products and services - taking into account our long-term aspirations and goals with them.
  • Pitch, close and manage deals by negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Responsible for achieving an ambitious sales target and achieve all execution plans for the team in-line with the company's expansion plans.
  • Expand market share for the company via business development and engagement strategy for revenue generation and market penetration.
  • Partner with the rest of the team to create and achieve business strategies leveraging her/his market insights and customer understanding.
  • Achieve revenue strategies of existing and new product/service ventures and meet targets.
  • Maintaining MIS and analyzing existing database to enhance market penetration.
  • Work efficiently across various teams to resolve issues raised and ensure timely, apt and quality resolutions to customers.
  • Role requires an analytical, structured, detail-obsessed approach since the company's scale will expand to 10X in a very short time.

CONCURRENT

  • Outstanding verbal (with neutral accent) and written communication in English, proactiveness, listening and persuasion skills.
  • Needs to be persistent, resilient and be ready to put in ones best under pressure.
  • Must be able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships internally and externally to leverage market intel for business development.
  • Should have proven records of superlative business development performance and successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
  • Must have experience on increasing revenues and market shares.
  • Must be target oriented with 5+ years of experience majorly in a service industry, preferably in product sales and business development.
  • Candidates with experience of both key account and sales will be preferred.
