Job Description
Role & responsibilities
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' conditions and treatment goals.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and guidelines.
4. Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
5. Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management, in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
6. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote optimal wellness and independence.
7. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
8. Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
9. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all applicable privacy and HIPAA regulations.
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Education:
- BSC NURSUING & GNM
Experience:
- Nursing Care : 2 years (Preferred)
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi /English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Nursing License (Preferred)
