Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the Scrum team in Agile methodology and ensure successful project delivery.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product backlog items.

Utilize your expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies to design, build and configure applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring project success. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

Good To Have Skills:Data Analysis & Interpretation, Data Analytics.

Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.

Experience in leading Scrum teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Experience in designing, building and configuring applications.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.QualificationMinimum 15 years of full time education
