- They serve as a primary point of contact and act as a liaison between the organization and its clients
- Relationship managers typically work in industries such as banking, finance, insurance, consulting, or any sector where maintaining long-term customer relationships is vital
- Here are some key responsibilities and tasks of a relationship manager:Client relationship management: Relationship managers are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
