Job Description
- Principal Software Engineer will translate functional requirements into system requirements while developing applications for First American, these are typically web based applications developed by adhering to coding standards and guidelines by following a continuous Build-Integrate-Test (Agile) approach

Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of strong working experience in ETL Tools like Matillion/Pentaho/Talend/Any Other
- At least 1-2 years Experience in-Scripting Languages like SQL/Complex Query writing, Sub Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures etc Or Python.
- Experience in Reporting Tools like Tableau/Power Bi/ThoughtSpot
- Experience with batch and read time data integration technologies like Matillion ,KAFKA, Pentaho, Talend and other modern data integration tools.
- Hands on experience building data models in Snowflake, AWS Redshift or Google Big Query.
- Front end experience with Tableau, Power BI or ThoughtSpot.
- Proficient in scripting languages like SQL and/or Python.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Professional work experience of 6 to 8 years.
