Driven by the goal to provide premium dining experience at the comfort of consumers' homes, ITC has charted the course to become India's first 'delivery focused ' premium Food Tech venture, marrying the culinary expertise of ITC Hotels and largescale manufacturing capabilities of ITC's Foods Business.
Catering to specific consumer trends and preferences, ITC offers unique dishes under three brands - ITC Aashirvaad Soul Creations, ITC Master Chef Creations and ITC Sunfeast Baked Creations.
Through ITCs Food Tech Business, we deliver gourmet fresh food to consumers home through a network of 25+ cloud kitchens in Bangalore and Chennai.
Key Objectives of the role
1. Identify menu gaps and opportunities through market research and competition analysis
2. Anchor the NPL program to ensure timely launch of New Products as per plan
3. Ensuring Catalogue Hygiene for all channels
Key KPIs
1. Conduct menu analysis, consumer research and analysis of past launches to identify menu gaps and opportunities
2. Develop a quarterly calendar with monthly rolling plan for new product and brand launches and conduct periodical meetings on the same with all key stakeholders
3. Develop a product brief for PD team detailing out the business objective, market references, target portion size and product cost
4. Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges for timely launch of new products
5. Closely monitor new product performance (sales, quality ratings/consumer feedback) after launch and periodically share insightful reports with all key stakeholders
6. Set-up a weekly audit process for menu hygiene and consistency across locations and platforms
7. Liaison with external partners for accurate and timely configuration of menu and top picks for new product launches
8. Develop a SOP for NPL, detailing out activities and linkages with various functions and stakeholders
9. Anchor the NPL process through existing workflow system
Experience and Skills Required
1. 3-4 years work experience in program management
2. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
3. High diligence in planning with attention to detail
4. Comfortable to work in a demanding start-up environment and willingness to get hands dirty
5. Being a foodie will be an added advantage
