Project Trainee Expert Engagement (Stipend based)

Chegg India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for graduates to join its Expert Engagement team as Project Trainee under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) by Government of India.

Role : Project Trainee - Engagement

As Project Trainee Engagement, you will be required to perform end-to-end user engagement and retention activities via various communication channels leveraging customer engagement platform. This includes (but not limited to) Email marketing, Telegram Marketing, SMS marketing, 1:1 manual calling, Content creation, etc. You will act as mentors and guides for freelance subject matter experts on a large scale to aid them in performing better on Chegg Q&A; this includes query resolution, prompt communication, gathering feedback, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an Indian national and over 21 years of age.
• Must be a Graduate from the year 2021, 2022 or 2023 (Candidates must possess the
  Degree/provisional certificate).
• Must not have been an apprentice under NATS before.
• Must be freshers with less than one year of experience.
• Must have excellent communication (oral/written) and problem-solving skills.
• Must have PAN card, Aadhar card and all educational documents.
• Candidates with working knowledge of MS-Excel, Email Marketing tool will be preferred.
