Cost control, inventory, Training Maintaining SOP for quality.
Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction, menu planning.
Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.
The primary goal of a waiter captain is to ensure diners are receiving high-quality service.
The day-to-day duties range from training all levels of servers, overseeing the proper order and flow of dishes, informing staff about specials and food that is sold out, and keeping the dining areas clean and organized.
The purpose of the position of Captain is to serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork.
