Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruitment Officer, or Recruiter

Qualification: Graduate, UG/PG

Shift (Job timing): 9:30 a.m.–6

Experience

• Freshers or those with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment with some reputed recruitment consultants.
• The candidate must be working with a recruitment consultant.
• Freshers must have completed 70% (10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation)

Work Details & Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal databases
• Effectively using personal network, built-up database, digital platforms and referrals to reach passive prospective candidates
• Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short-listing candidates
• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely.
• Effectively built relationships with employees.
• Must be enthusiastic and initiator.

Skills required good communications skills in English and Hindi

Gender(Male/Female) Any.

Candidate should match following parameters and conditions:

1) The candidate must be from Greater Noida. Do not send candidates from Noida Extension, Noida, or Greater Noida West. The candidate must be living within 10 km of the office.

2) Freshers or candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultants. Don't line up candidates with recruitment in some company other than recruitment consultants.

3) Must have smart phone

4) Freshmen must have good communication skills with 70% in 10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation.

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm
