Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Officer and Team Leader Profile to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance needs and financial situations.
3. Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage details, benefits, and premium rates.
4. Customize insurance policies to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
5. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
6. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support.
7. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
8. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the Crm system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). Intermediates will do as well.
2. Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
3. Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
7. High level of integrity and professionalism.
