• We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our healthcare team as Nursing Aides
• As a Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of patients
• This position involves direct patient care, assistance with daily activities, and maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support patients in mobility and ambulation as needed
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Report any significant changes in vital signs to the nursing staff
• Assistance with Medical Procedures: Assist nursing staff with various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection
• Ensure a clean and organized environment for medical treatments
• Patient Comfort and Well-being: Provide emotional support to patients and create a compassionate and caring atmosphere
• Respond promptly to patient requests and address concerns or inquiries
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Record patient information, observations, and interactions
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to report changes in patient condition
• Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Follow proper hand hygiene and safety procedures
• Patient Transport: Assist in the transfer and transportation of patients within the healthcare facility
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during transfers
