Position: Product Manager
Objective:

- Lead the dynamic development and management of OEM (motor insurance business), driving it toward unprecedented success.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the competitive landscape to identify superior offerings and unearth opportunities for business expansion.
- Spearhead sprint planning and prioritization, crafting detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to introduce cutting-edge product features.
- Champion product ideation, meticulously mapping out user journeys and defining captivating user stories.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including claims, operations, and IT to swiftly resolve challenges.
- Oversee various aspects of product marketing to ensure maximum reach and impact.
- Gain insights into customer and channel requirements, driving initiatives for product and process enhancement.
- Devise and execute robust product development strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Requirements/What It Takes:
- Expertise in crafting product development strategies and analyzing market dynamics.
- Proficiency in planning and executing promotional activities within budget constraints.
- In-depth knowledge of current regulations relevant to the insurance broking space.
- Hands-on experience in product development and strategic management.
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and senior management.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong focus on process optimization and adherence to controls.
- Outstanding analytical prowess, coupled with effective process management and implementation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skillful in devising strategies to enhance business performance and streamline distribution networks for operational excellence.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or broking sector.
