Job Description

Development of key accounts, prospecting customer
To assist sales force in the development of sales strategy to grow revenue, market share and profit
To be the provider of information to the sales force about user habits, needs or recommendation
Collect competitive information; understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing
To define, with sales force, the tender presentation around the user needs, offer and sales strategy
To be the users consultant seemingly independent of the sales process, To be able to spend quality time in the OR or the ICU, to speak same language as doctors and nurses
To maintain own specific contacts in accounts: users of all kind, not purchase oriented people
Demo equipment management, To hand over equipment to user,
Interact with all other company resources in connection with the customer, i.e. service, modality manager
Organize local events based on technique and therapy to support solutions
Post sales clinical training, Promote accessories and disposable on installed base, To promote state of the art clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and medical staff
To give the critical differentiation to the user that will influence the decision.
To be the modality demo expert in addition to the sales force
To develop user clinical application knowledge with modality manager to leverage product benefits
Implement Train the Trainer concept
